History of ICC Twenty20 World Cups

This is human nature that he always remains in search of or keep trying to see some thing new or some change in life. This can be business, study, household or any thing else. Similarly in sports and specially in cricket this was started with Test cricket which was a long game concluted in five days.
After test cricket there was introduced one day cricket, which was concluted in one day. This achieve its high stages in success and populatity. A time came when another type of cricket which was more speedy and quick resulting was introduced. 40-overs cricket was introduced and started playing in England localy and than after that this started in internationaly. England, South Africa, West Indies and Australia started playing twenty20 cricket with each others. This achieve very success in all around the world. Soon this Twenty20 cricket was so much popular and demanding that ICC organise it's first World Cup competition within all cricket playing countries in 2007. The first World Cup in 2007 was played in South Africa and India won this first twenty20 world cup beating Pakistan in final. following is the detail of all world cups held ever for the interest of cricket fans.

Team GB at the end of Day-9

After golden saturday once again a very good day for Team GB. Today Team GB got two more Gold medals.
Today Ben Ainslie win the first Gold medal in men's sailing final competition. After this competition an other amazing and tough match between World number 1 Tennis player Roger Federer from Switzerland (Who is going to celebrate his 31st birthday on this Wednesday) and World number 4 Andy Murray from Great Britain was played and after a very tough match Andy Murray defeat Roger Federer and Win the Gold Medal.
So at the end of Day-9 on medal table Great Britain is at number 3 with 16 Gold medals. USA is at number 2 with 60 medals and China is at number 1 with 61 medals.

ICC Twenty20 World Cup 2012: Groups

The fourth ICC Twenty20 World cup 2012 has twelve teams and are divided into four groups. There are 10 Test teams and two qualifiers (Ireland & Afghanistan)in these groups.This cricket tournament will be played in Sri Lanka in september-october this year. Groups detail is as under.
